COVID-19 FAQ
WHAT TO EXPECT:
All staff and clients will be required to wear a face mask at all times and a face shield for all services. All clients we ask that you bring your own mask.
Surfaces, hand railings, door handles, as well as restrooms and all high touch traffic points will be sanitized consistently.
All stations, chairs and surroundings will be sanitized between each appointment.
We will be operating at 50% capacity and keeping 12 feet apart to practice proper social distancing. We will also have plexiglass barriers in between hair stations.
Each stylist is permitted to provide services for only one client at a time. This means that you will be the only client your stylist will be with. Clients will not be permitted to enter the salon until your stylist is ready for you.
In order to reduce the spread of germs in the air, we will not be providing “power dry” services following color appointments. If you would like to have your hair blow dried that will have to be a separate service and appointment.
Only the person receiving services will be allowed in the salon. Please refrain from bringing any family, friends, kids (unless they are receiving services as well) or pets (services dogs are allowed).
Unfortunately at this time we will not be offering any beverages or allow any food deliveries. We ask and encourage you to bring your own beverages and snacks.
For your safety we have hand sanitizing stations throughout the salon.
All stylist equipment and tools will be sanitized in between appointment times.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT:
If you are not feeling well, or showing any symptoms, please immediately cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date. There will not be a cancellation fee for those who cancel within 24hrs due to illness.
If you have been in contact with anyone that has been diagnosed with COVID 19 in the last 14 days, please cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date. . There will not be a cancellation fee for those who cancel within 24hrs.
In order to reduce human contact and maintain social distancing at the shampoo bowls, if you are coming in for a haircut service only (no color), please we ask that you wash your hair prior to coming in for your appointment.
Our dressing room will be off limits so you will not be able to change into a robe, hang up coats, sweaters or other belongings. Please arrive wearing light, comfortable clothing. If you do have a sweater or coat we will have sealable bags for your convenience.
Customers will be asked to provide their credit card information over the phone when booking each appointment. The credit card information will be stored until your service and then removed from the system upon check-out.
CHECK-IN:
Please be on time for your scheduled appointment time and bring your face mask. You will not be allowed to enter the salon until your operator is ready.
Upon arrival, please check in with the receptionist at the door. You will be required to sign a waiver and have your temperature taken. Individuals with a temperature above 99.6 degrees will not be permitted in the salon to receive services.
The receptionist will then sign you in and let your operator know that you are ready.
Your operator will meet you at the door and escort you inside and to their station. There you will be provided with a large sealable plastic bag that includes a clean robe and an alcohol swab inside. You may use the plastic bag for any clothing or personal belongings. We will not be able to store anything in our changing room.
We please ask that you only bring with you the bare essentials into the salon, ie; purse, wallet and your own beverage and snacks.
CHECK-OUT:
Only ONE client will be allowed at the front desk at a time. Please practice social distancing and wait 6ft apart in line. There will be floor markers to mark your place.
If you need to purchase any retail products, please inform the receptionist at check out, and they will handle, disinfect and place them in a bag for you. Please refrain from touching the retail products.
Credit card machines are disinfected after each use.
If you need to pre-book an appointment, please do so at check out rather than upon arrival or during appointment.
